Terms of Service

By creating a ClickFrame account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms; we'll change the "last updated" date when we do.

ClickFrame is a link-attribution tool for YouTube creators. You create short links, place them in your video descriptions, and we record clicks so you can see which videos drive traffic to which destinations.

• You must sign in with a Google account associated with the YouTube channel you intend to track. You're responsible for the security of that account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher).
• You may have one ClickFrame account per YouTube channel. We may decline or revoke accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use ClickFrame to:

• Redirect viewers to malware, phishing pages, illegal content, or anything that violates YouTube's community guidelines.
• Disguise the destination URL in a way that would deceive viewers about where they're going.
• Send automated, scripted, or fraudulent traffic to your own links to inflate click counts.
• Attempt to access another creator's account, data, or links.
• Interfere with the infrastructure (e.g. denial-of-service, abusive request volumes).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe in good faith are violating these rules.

The destinations, slugs, and link configurations you create are yours. We display them back to you in the studio and resolve them at the edge when viewers click. We don't claim ownership of your content, and we don't use it to train models or sell to third parties.

Click events generated by your links are aggregated for your analytics dashboards. We handle this data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may export or delete it at any time.

ClickFrame has a free tier and a paid subscription.

• Free. You may wrap one video, once. That video is recorded against your account permanently — unwrapping it later does not give the free wrap back.
• Paid. $15 per month for unlimited wrapped videos. The subscription begins and is charged immediately at checkout; there is no free trial. It renews monthly until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your settings. Your subscription remains active through the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew after that. We do not refund partial months.
• Automated unwrap. Removing ClickFrame links from your video descriptions automatically is a one-time paid add-on for subscribers. Removing links yourself is always free — you can export your links and edit your descriptions manually at no cost.
• Tax. Prices exclude tax. Any VAT, GST, or sales tax required where you are is calculated at checkout and added to the amount you pay.
• Price changes. We may change the price. We'll email you before a change affects your subscription, so you can cancel before it takes effect.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails we'll retry and email you. We may suspend paid features if a subscription remains unpaid.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. Some early accounts have been granted permanent free access; if that applies to you it's shown in your billing settings, and the charges above don't apply.

We aim for high redirect uptime — it's the part your viewers see — but we do not guarantee a specific service level. The studio and analytics may have scheduled or unscheduled downtime.

ClickFrame is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms will not exceed the greater of $50 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can delete your account at any time from the studio settings; the consequences are described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice when reasonable.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on your account. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
